Mike is a 45 year veteran of law enforcement and government and an Arizona native. He was selected to be the first Peoria, AZ police officer to attend the FBI National Academy 125th session in 1981. Mike holds an Associates degree in criminal justice and Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Organizational Development from the University of Phoenix.
