Attend a virtual public meeting to learn about a storm drain project in your area. The design includes a storm drain system along Dobbins Road from east of 15th Avenue to west of 19th Avenue, extending north along 19th Avenue to South Mountain Avenue, then heading west along South Mountain Avenue to where it empties into the existing City of Phoenix detention basin at the northeast corner of 27th and South Mountain Avenues. The project also includes new detention basins along 15th Avenue on property owned by the City of Phoenix.
