What is non-hazardous Solid Waste?
The Maricopa County Environmental Health Code defines "Non-hazardous Solid Waste" as "any garbage, trash, rubbish, industrial wastes, refuse, or other discarded material that does not contain hazardous wastes or is not classified as being exempt for the definition of solid waste pursuant to the Arizona Revised Statutes."
