Honoring Our Veterans

Honor-Veterans-Message

Veterans Day is a day for us to reflect on the sacrifices made by our military personnel.  We can never repay them, but we can keep them in our minds and hearts throughout the year.  They are our heroes every day and we are forever grateful.

The Maricopa County Parks Department will be honoring our veterans on Veterans Day, November 11th, by waiving the day-use entry for military personnel. This will be in place at all eleven County parks for Military Service Appreciation Day and is a small token of appreciation and gratitude for our veterans. We salute, honor and thank all veterans for their service.

Sincerely,

Steve Chucri, District 2
