  • Adults can get a FREE health screening. Get blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, and other checks—along with personalized support from NOAH (Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health).
  • Screenings are walk-in, no sign-ups necessary. Just visit us during the Heart of Sunnyslope!

Hula hooping, double-dutch, yoga and Zumba demos, Ballet Folklorico, games, rock painting, and more!

FREE Fruits and Veggies*, and Other Giveaways!

About Heart of Sunnyslope

Hard to believe it has been three years since HonorHealth Desert Mission and Maricopa County Department of Public Health/AZ Health Zone partnered to celebrate community wellness in Sunnyslope! 

Heart of Sunnyslope is an interactive day for the community celebrating health and active lifestyles, food resources, health screenings, education, early care, senior care, community advocacy and more. In 2020, over forty vendors participated in the event and provided screenings, referrals and activities for more than 500 attendees.
