Jacqueline Edwards, Assistant Director of Administration, Policy, and Planning
Jacqueline Edwards is an Assistant Director with the Maricopa County Human Services Department (HSD). She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and History from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio and then a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Administration from Ohio State University. Prior to working in HSD, Jacqueline worked in the County’s Office of Management and Budget as well as at the Ohio State University and in the private sector. In HSD, Ms. Edwards leads the Administration, Policy, and Planning Division, which performs HSD’s administrative functions including finance and budgeting, contracts and procurement, information technology, human resources, and departmental strategic planning and policy analysis. Her passion for public service and helping those in need drives her work in human services.
